With the termination of this plan, the supply of electricity and gas by Hinata Energy will be sequentially stopped from Feb 1, 2023 (Wed). For customers currently using this plan, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please proceed with the application procedure to switch to another electricity or gas company by Jan 31, 2023 (Tue).

□ Background of the energy plan termination
Since the start of the business, we have made efforts to provide energy services that closely support each customer's lifestyle. However, due to drastic changes in social conditions, including recent international situations, it has become difficult to maintain the service specifications we have provided to our customers, and therefore we have decided to terminate the plan.


□ What customers need to do
Please complete the application procedure to switch to another electricity or gas company by Jan 31, 2023 (Tue). If you wish to apply to Tokyo Gas, with your consent, Hinata Energy can also handle the switching application procedure on your behalf.
