We have compiled the frequently asked questions from our customers into a Q&A format and would like to inform you.
We will start accepting applications for the "2023 Season Tickets" from Dec 1 (Thu) 15:00. Please check the details below for more information.
□2023 Q&A on Annual Tickets
Q1. Is it possible to sit next to family or friends who also purchase annual tickets when purchasing designated seat annual tickets?
A1. There is a field to fill in the name of the person you wish to sit next to when applying. If you fill it in, we will confirm your request and assign seats accordingly.
Q2. Is it possible to watch the game with family and friends who have not purchased annual tickets if I have purchased annual tickets for reserved seats?
A2. We have requested the introduction of a system that allows for seat changes for annual tickets to be made on J.League Ticket Pia, but at this time, it is not possible to change the seats for annual tickets.
If you wish to move to another seat only when watching with family or friends, we recommend purchasing a separate ticket at the member price and listing your annual ticket seats on the official resale.
In addition, the seats of SOCIO members with back designated seats will be assigned with one row apart, and we are planning to create a situation where general tickets can be purchased before and after. General tickets for seats close to each other before and after will be available for purchase.
We are continuously considering ways to change the seats for annual tickets.
Q3. Can I specify my seat when purchasing an annual reserved seat ticket?
A3.Seat selection is not available, but you can choose your desired area when purchasing Main SS reserved seats, Main S reserved seats, Back Center reserved seats, and Back reserved seats. If you have any specific requests within that area, please fill out the "Reserved Seat Request" section.
We cannot promise to fulfill all requests, but we will do our best to accommodate them as much as possible.

Q4. Can I select a seat in the southern area from the center for back designated seats?
A4. You cannot choose. Please select from the area on the north side (home side) rather than the back center designated seat.
Q5. Is there a lottery when applying for an annual ticket for the main SSS reserved seat?
A5. (For the 2022 season, we were accepting applications through a lottery system, but) there will be no lottery for the 2023 season. The north side of the main SSS designated seats will be allocated to annual ticket holders only.
Please note that we may end the application acceptance when the number of seats available for sale is reached.
Q6. Can I purchase the same seat for the 2022 season even if I do not wish to continue automatically?
A6. For seat types with the same seat rights (pair seats, main SSS, main SS, main S, back center UF, back center), even if you do not wish to continue automatically, the same seat will be secured if the application is completed and the payment is completed by December 22 (Thu).
The rights to the same seat for the back UF and home UF designated seats in "Changes ③" below will be granted to those who apply for the 2023 season, and will be given priority for continuation in the 2024 season and beyond.
Q7. How do you continue the pair sheet?
Q7.2023 Season: Due to the pair seat being on the waiting list, we will send a separate email to those who purchased the 2022 season with instructions on how to continue. Please proceed with the continuation process from there.

※Seats where visitors can support the visiting team by wearing visitor goods are "Main SS Designated Seats South Side", "Main S Designated Seats South Side", and "Visitor Seats". All other seats are designated as FC Tokyo cheering seats.
