□Regarding sending of lottery results and membership procedures
[Primary recruitment and priority recruitment]
After the deadline, the reply deadline will be February 28th (Tuesday), and regardless of the results, we will contact all applicants by email with the lottery results by the deadline.
Winners
After the lottery results are announced, we will send you the membership documents (around mid-March). Please complete the membership process by the deadline according to the documents.
If you were not selected,
after the lottery result email is sent,
we will put you on the waiting list.
When your turn comes,
the secretariat will contact you,
so please wait until then.

We will inform you of the status of your application by email within 3 days after applying.
