<Competition Method>
(1) Both the 1st and 2nd Division AB will have a 10-team league (2nd Round). (H/A should be as close to 5:4 as possible) The bottom 3 teams of the 1st Division will be automatically relegated to the 2nd Division AB, while the top team from each block of the 2nd Division will be automatically promoted to the 1st Division. A promotion playoff will be held between the 2nd place teams of each block in the 2nd Division, with the winner being promoted to the 1st Division. The bottom 2 teams (a total of 4 teams) will be automatically relegated to the prefectural league, and the top 4 teams from the Kanto entry match will be automatically promoted to the 2nd Division AB.
(2) Depending on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, the promotion and relegation may also be conducted as stated above in the case of a round-robin 1st Round. Rankings will be determined as follows.
(3) The ranking will be determined as follows.
Points are awarded as follows: Win = 3 points, Draw = 1 point, Loss = 0 points, and the team with the most points ranks higher.
If the points are the same, the team with the greater goal difference will be ranked higher.
If the goal difference is the same, the team with the most total goals will be ranked higher.
If the scores are the same as above, the result will be determined by the head-to-head record.
In the case of the above D, a lottery will be held.
(4) The match duration is 80 minutes (40 minutes half)
The halftime interval is 10 minutes (from the end of the first half to the start of the second half)
