FC Tokyo will also hold the "Adult Soccer Class in Musashino-En" in 2023. The venue is the "Musashino Forest Sports Plaza" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.
This event will be held indoors using size 5 soccer balls. It is a beginner's class for those who want to move their bodies, want to have fun kicking a ball, and want to learn the basics of soccer!

- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with anything other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
