2023 Tokyo International Youth (U-14) Football Tournament
The "Tokyo International Youth (U-14) Soccer Tournament" has been held since 2008 with the aim of improving the athletic abilities and mutual understanding of players in the youth generation (under 14 years old) and promoting exchange with disaster-affected areas. The 13th tournament in 2023 will bring together 12 teams, including 4 from overseas, at the Fukushima Prefecture J-Village. This will be the first time in 4 years for overseas teams to participate since the 2019 tournament.

Tournament Format
The tournament will be conducted in two rounds: the first round (group stage) and the second round (knockout stage). It will be held in a two-round format.
[Match Time]
1. 1st Round 50 minutes (25 minutes per half), with a 10-minute halftime interval. In case of a tie within the time, it will be considered a draw.
2. Second Round (Knockout Format) 50 minutes (25 minutes per half), with a 10-minute halftime interval. In case of a tie within the time limit, the winner will be determined by PK format.
