A soccer class for elementary school students (grades 1-4) and adults (18 years old and above) will be held in June at the "Musashino no Mori General Sports Plaza Sub Arena" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.
This is a recommended event for those who want to be able to move their body more freely and those who want to have fun moving their body.

We offer a skill-up soccer class for children who aim to improve their soccer skills.
※This is a recommended event for those who want to be able to handle the ball freely, demonstrate their skills in the presence of opponents, and be able to move their body as they wish.
(2)Adult Soccer Class
For men and women with soccer/futsal experience aged 18 and above (Mondays)
We offer soccer classes for adults with soccer/futsal experience. After a warm-up, we will focus on playing games.
This is a recommended event for those who want to play a lot of games, those who want to move their body in soccer, and those who want to enjoy soccer.
(3)Adult Soccer Class
For Men and Women Aged 18 and Over, Beginner Soccer and Futsal (Tuesdays)
Want to move your body! Want to kick the ball and have fun! Want to learn the basics of soccer!
This is a beginner's class for those who want to do these things.

After graduating from Tsukuba University, played for four different clubs as a professional soccer player. Joined FC Tokyo in 2016. With 10 years of coaching experience, has also coached overseas and has a wealth of experience.

▽About Match Training
In order to improve skills that can be used in actual matches, we conduct training and matches with teammates and opponents present. Except for W-up, all training and matches will be in a one-on-one format.
About Dribble Training
We will perform basic training to control the ball as desired and feint training to break through the opponent, and the coach will teach you the key points at that time. In addition to the above technical training, we also conduct training and matches in situations where teammates and opponents are present in order to improve the skills that can be used in actual games.
(2)Adult Soccer Class
After the W-up, the members will gather and divide into teams, and we will mainly focus on playing games.

- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles). Training shoes and spikes are strictly prohibited. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. If possible, it is desirable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
