"Dynamic Pricing" is a system that automatically adjusts ticket prices based on big data analysis related to match schedules, seat types, market conditions, weather, and individual preferences, allowing for sales at an "appropriate price" according to demand for each match.
In dynamic pricing sales, the price of tickets for the same match may vary depending on the timing of your purchase. Please check the latest prices before making your purchase.
The pricing is based on past ticket sales performance of FC Tokyo and sales performance during the sales period, utilizing the unique pricing calculation technology of Dynamic Plus Co., Ltd.

Is the Q2 U-18 price also subject to dynamic pricing?
A: It is applicable.
Is the Q3 member price also subject to dynamic pricing?
A: It will be applicable. The member price will be sold at a discount rate applied to the calculated general price for each seat type.
Is it possible to be cheaper than the basic price?
A: Yes. Depending on factors such as sales status and weather, the price may be set lower than the base price. However, for seat types that are expected to sell out based on past sales performance, it is anticipated that the price will be set higher than the base price.
Q5 What is the price on the day of the match?
A: The prices on the day of the match will also be sold at dynamic pricing.
Q6 Are there upper and lower limits for variable pricing?
A: There is no upper price limit. The lower limit will not be below the unit price of the annual ticket (unit price per match).
Q7 Is it possible for the free seating to be more expensive than the reserved seating?
A: Yes. Prices are determined by the supply and demand balance, so there is a possibility that the general admission seats may be priced higher than the reserved seats. The same applies among reserved seats as well.
What is the payment amount if I choose convenience store payment for my purchase on Q8 WEB?
A: The payment amount will be based on the price at the time the ticket was reserved online.
Q9 Will there be any payment or refund of the difference due to price fluctuations?
A: Even if the price fluctuates later, there will be no additional charges or refunds for the difference.
Q10 What will the refund amount be?
A: Refunds will only be issued if the match is canceled or postponed, and the refund will be the ticket price at the time of purchase.
Q11 Can I change or cancel my ticket?
A: Just like regular sales, changes or cancellations after purchasing tickets are not possible.

A: As before, tickets purchased as QR tickets from FC Tokyo can be resold. The maximum listing price is the purchase amount.

A: It will be held irregularly. However, there will be no more than two changes in a day.
