Theme
・September 4th (Monday) "Shoot"
We will conduct training to acquire the necessary kicking techniques for shooting and the coach will also provide tips on key points at that time.
We also conduct training and matches in situations where there are teammates and opponents to further enhance skills that can be used in actual games.
・Sept 11 (Mon) "Match Training"
FC Tokyo will focus on "individual skill display in attack and defense, habituation of quick switching, and continuity of play", which are the foundations of the new attacking soccer. We will conduct training and matches with teammates and opponents in order to improve our skills to be used in actual matches. Except for W-up, all training and matches will be in a one-on-one format.

After graduating from Tsukuba University, I played for four different clubs as a professional soccer player. Since 2016, I have been with FC Tokyo. With 10 years of coaching experience, I have also coached overseas and have a wealth of experience.

・Please bring indoor shoes (black soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please note that you cannot participate without indoor shoes. It is preferable to have indoor futsal shoes (flat non-marking soles).
・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
・The ball is being prepared here (indoor, using futsal ball).
・There is a changing room.
・The portrait rights in the photos and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and may be used in various materials and activities.
