In October 2023, we will hold the "Adult Walking Football Class in Musashino-Prifoods.S". The venue is the "Musashino no Mori General Sports Plaza" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium. This event will take place in an indoor gymnasium.
～What is Walking Football?～
It is a form of football that originated in the UK and is played while walking!
At FC Tokyo, we have introduced rules such as "playing while walking (brisk walking is OK), no body contact, and no heading" so that anyone, regardless of gender, soccer, or futsal experience, and even those who are not good at sports, can play without fear. We provide opportunities for everyone to enjoy kicking the ball!

□Content
This classroom will enjoy both training and games while focusing on the basics.
(1) Warm-up (We will enjoy communicating with participants.)
(2) Training (We will understand the rules and base our training on the fundamentals of "stopping, kicking, and carrying.")
(3) Game (We will conduct the game in small groups, such as 5 vs 5, to allow for more ball touches.)

・Please be sure to bring drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
・Please be sure to bring indoor shoes (black-soled shoes, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). You will not be able to participate without indoor shoes, so please understand. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
