We will hold the "Adult Walking Football Class in Musa Plaza" in October 2023. The venue will be the Musashino Forest Comprehensive Sports Plaza, located next to Ajinomoto Stadium. This event will take place indoors in a gymnasium.
~What is Walking Football?~
It is a form of soccer originated in England that is played while walking!
At FC Tokyo, regardless of gender, soccer or futsal experience, even those who are not good at sports can play without fear by introducing the rule of "playing while walking (fast walking is OK), no body contact, no heading", and providing an opportunity for anyone to enjoy kicking the ball!

This class will cover both training and games while having fun with the basics.
(1)Warm-up (Participants will have fun while communicating with each other.)
(2)Training (We will focus on the basics of "stopping, kicking, and carrying" while understanding the rules.)
(3)Game (We will play small-sided games, such as 5 vs 5, to allow for more touches on the ball.)

About Waiting for Cancellation
For those who have been unsuccessful in the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list for cancellations, we will conduct another lottery only when a cancellation occurs and contact the winners by phone.

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
・Please make sure to bring indoor shoes (black soles, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please note that you cannot participate without indoor shoes. Ideally, indoor futsal shoes (flat with non-marking soles) are preferred.
・We are preparing the ball here.

・The portrait rights in the photos and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and may be used in various materials and activities.
