[What is Walking Football?]
It is a football that originated in England and is played by walking!
At FC Tokyo, regardless of gender, soccer or futsal experience, even those who are not good at sports can play without fear by introducing the rule of "playing while walking (fast walking is OK), no body contact, no heading", and providing an opportunity for anyone to enjoy kicking the ball!

This class will cover both training and games while having fun with the basics.
(1)Warm-up
We will have fun while communicating with the participants.
(2)Training
We will focus on the basics of "stopping, kicking, and carrying" while understanding the rules.
(3)Game
We play in small numbers, such as 5vs5, to have more opportunities to touch the ball during the game.

・Please bring your own drinks. If you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard. ・Please bring indoor shoes (Black soles, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Only indoor shoes are allowed, so please understand. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) are preferred.
