□Competition Method
(1)The 64 teams will be divided into 4 blocks of 16 teams each and a knockout tournament will be held, with the top team from each block earning the right to participate in the national tournament.
(2) The match will be 80 minutes (40 minutes per half). The interval during halftime (from the end of the first half to the start of the second half) will be 10 minutes as a general rule. If the match is not decided within the designated time, an extra time of 20 minutes (10 minutes per half) will be played after a 5-minute break, and if it is still not decided, the winner will be determined by a penalty kick.
(3) If the game is interrupted due to bad weather, and the game has passed 30 minutes in the second half and cannot be resumed, the game will be considered complete with the results at that time.
(In case of a tie, a lottery will be held) If the game is interrupted and cannot be resumed, the remaining time will be played again, but if the game cannot be played due to various circumstances, it will be decided by lottery.
In case of a match with remaining time, the players will be the same as those at the time of interruption.
