□Competition Method
(1) A knockout tournament will be held with 64 teams divided into 4 blocks of 16 teams each, with the top team from each block earning the right to participate in the national tournament.
(2) The match duration will be 80 minutes (40 minutes per half). Additionally, the halftime interval (from the end of the first half to the start of the second half) will generally be 10 minutes. If the match is not decided within the stipulated time, a 20-minute extra time (10 minutes per half) will be played after a 5-minute break, and if it is still undecided, the winner will be determined by penalty kicks.
(3) If a match is interrupted due to severe weather and cannot be resumed after 30 minutes have passed in the second half, the match will be considered valid based on the result at that point.
(In the case of a tie, a lottery will be held) If the match is interrupted and cannot be resumed before that, a match will be held regarding the remaining time, but if it is impossible to play the remaining time due to various circumstances, it will be decided by a lottery.
In addition, the members for the remaining time of the match will be the players at the time of the interruption.
