Install the original app "Mii ne! mitaka" from the Mitaka Chamber of Commerce, and by shopping at participating stores during the event period, you can collect "QR code compatible stamps". By obtaining one stamp, you will receive an original clear file designed with FC Tokyo team mascot "TOKYO DOROMPA" and Mitaka Chamber of Commerce mascot "Minonon".
