FC Tokyo signed a comprehensive partnership agreement called the "Wide Collaboration Agreement" with Tokyo Metropolis, its hometown, in March 2023, cooperating in various fields to further develop the capital, Tokyo, and improve services for its residents.

Tokyo will establish a "Winter HTT Promotion Period" as a focused effort towards achieving a decarbonized society, concentrating on "HTT (Reduce (H) power, Create (T), Store (T))."
In addition, as part of our initiatives during the promotion period, we will be collecting "Winter's Small HTT Living Wisdom." We invite residents and businesses to share their practical tips and ideas for staying warm during winter that are connected to "HTT." By widely sharing these examples on our website and other platforms, we aim to encourage everyone to engage with "HTT" while enjoying a warm winter.
