Today, Feb 21 (Wed), a message declaring strong support has been issued from 11 municipalities in the Tama region (Tachikawa City, Mitaka City, Fuchu City, Chofu City, Machida City, Koganei City, Kodaira City, Hino City, Tama City, Inagi City, Nishitokyo City) that regularly support the three J-League clubs based in Tokyo (FC Tokyo, FC Machida Zelvia, Verdy).

Together with 11 municipalities in the Tama region, we will strive to promote Japanese football from the capital, Tokyo, through soccer, including hometown activities and community engagement activities, so that many people can appreciate the value of having a J club in Tokyo.

① The three clubs will compete vigorously to elevate soccer in Tokyo
In the 2024 season, the three clubs from Tokyo will be competing in the J1 category. ② To operate a safe and secure stadium in cooperation with the three clubs
