Regarding the viewing manners for the match against Urawa on 4/3 (Wed) and the match against Kashima on 4/7 (Sun)

Since this match will be held at the Japan National Stadium, some viewing manners will be different.



□About the Unified Prohibition Rules of the J.League
To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security based on the management regulations. We ask that you support the team in accordance with the spirit of fair play and adhere to the prohibited items within the stadium as well as the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (Common Viewing Manners & Rules of the J.League) and management regulations.
Please note that the final judgment on whether the relevant actions violate the match management regulations will be made by the J.League or each club.
If prohibited actions defined in the management regulations or actions that pose security issues are carried out, you may be subject to expulsion or a ban on entry. Furthermore, please be aware that entry may also be prohibited for matches outside the stadium where violations occurred.

□Regarding Photography and Video Usage Inside the Stadium During Matches
The footage (including images of individual attendees, banners, flags, chants, and other creations) taken inside the stadium (including concourses) for the purpose of match broadcasts may be used in whole or in part (including still images) for purposes other than match broadcasts, so please be aware of this in advance.
(1) Use on large video displays inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use in J League and club official media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video works produced by the J League or those designated by the J League (including partner companies) and various sales materials



□ Prohibited Items
Except in cases deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety personnel, please refrain from bringing prohibited items as per the J-League's unified prohibitions and the items listed below into the facility.
・Bottles and cans
※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Plastic bottles are allowed.
・Other items that security personnel deem may disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or pose a nuisance or danger to others.

The entrance gate varies depending on the type of ticket. Please enter through the gate that corresponds to your ticket type. Even for the same seating type, please note that the entrance gates differ by north side, south side, and level.

(4) Waiting Line Lottery Entry
Since all seats are reserved, this will not be conducted.
Please do not form a waiting line around the stadium in advance.



□Viewing Rules
(1) All seats are reserved
During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (such as moving to the front of the stand to shout at players). Please watch the match from your designated seat.


(2) Standing Area

The home section first tier and the visitor section first tier can be used as a standing area where you can cheer while standing. The standing area does not require you to stand. It is an area where you do not ask standing people to "please sit down." Standing while watching is prohibited in other areas.


(3) Areas Where Visitor Merchandise Can Be Worn

Viewing while wearing visitor merchandise is only allowed in the following areas.
・Visitor Seats
・Main SS Reserved Seats South Side
・Main S Reserved Seats South Side
・Cushioned Seats South Side
* The Main SS Reserved Seats South Side, Main S Reserved Seats South Side, and Cushioned Seats South Side are mixed areas.
* Wearing visitor merchandise and supporting the visiting team is not allowed in any areas other than the above.
* Please note that the Main SSS Reserved Seats are designated as FC Tokyo's support area, regardless of whether they are on the north or south side.


(4) Concourse Access Restrictions
There are access restrictions within the concourse. Those wearing visitor team uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to access the North Side Stand (levels 1-3). Additionally, those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to access the South Side Stand visitor designated seating area (levels 1-3), so please be aware.


(5) About the Display of Banners (Flags and Banners)
The display locations for banners (flags, banners, etc.) are designated. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the specified ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

* Only displays from the lower part of the handrail are allowed, and please refrain from displays that obstruct the view of customers in the 2nd tier seats. (Limited to items under 1m in height)

【Banner Display Time】
①FC Tokyo Banner
For those preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather in front of the "H Gate" 120 minutes before the opening.
Banners (flags, horizontal banners) can also be displayed after the gates open.

②Visitor Team's Banner
It will be displayed after the gates open. Pre-display is not allowed.
* Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.
* The use of duct tape when installing banners is prohibited.


(6) Use of Noisemakers
No use of noisemakers is allowed outside the designated area.

(3) Regarding the Use of Large Flags
・Definition of large flag: Flag part (at least 1m vertical × at least 1m horizontal) + pole at least 1m
If the size of the flag part and the pole is 1 meter or more at any one point, it will be considered a large flag. However, L flags are not included as large flags.
・Area where large flags can be used
① Below the specified home seating area on the first level

* Please understand that it is prohibited in areas outside the designated area to ensure the safety of all attendees.
* When using large flags, please be careful of the surrounding customers.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing in and use of items that are deemed to be defamatory, slanderous, racist, for advertising purposes, contrary to public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.



About the installation and use of temporary handrails in the front row of standing seats
Installation and use are only possible if approved by FC Tokyo, provided that the following conditions are met.
・Please ensure that the facility structure is protected with cloth or similar materials.
In the event of damage to the facility structure, the facility and FC Tokyo cannot be held responsible.



□Prohibited Actions
Please refrain from any actions that are universally prohibited by the J League and the actions listed in the following items, unless deemed particularly necessary by the management and safety personnel at any facility.
・The display of banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) or actions that could be perceived as defamation or discrimination is prohibited. As a matter of common sense in society and as a club, if we determine that something falls under defamation or discrimination, we will remove the displayed items, issue a warning for the actions, and if they do not stop, we will ask them to leave. Additionally, if such prohibited actions occur, there may be a ban on entry for subsequent matches.
・Use of duct tape when installing banners.
・Bringing in and using confetti, paper tape, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
Throwing of all objects including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
・Intentional reservation of space (flags, strings, tapes, flagpoles, etc.). For more details, please check here.
・Bringing in and using drums and large flags outside of the designated area.
・Actions such as "crossing over, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stand.
・Stand up from the chair or place your feet on the backrest while watching or cheering.
・Watching and cheering from the front of the upper stands.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
Acts recognized by security personnel as likely to disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or to cause inconvenience or danger to others.



□Others
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・We cannot store strollers. Please use the stroller parking area near the entrance gate if you arrive with a stroller. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
・There is no public parking at the Japan National Stadium, so please use public transportation.
