Regarding spectator etiquette for the 4/3 (Wed) Urawa match and 4/7 (Sun) Kashima match

As this match will be held at the Japan National Stadium, some spectator manners may be different.



□About J-League Unified Prohibition Rules
In order to provide a safe and comfortable game viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security for matches based on management regulations. When attending a game, we ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, and to comply with the prohibited items within the stadium and the J-League Unified Prohibition Rules (J-League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and management regulations.
Please note that the J-League or each club will make the final decision on whether the act violates the match management regulations.
In the event that prohibited acts or acts that pose security problems as stipulated in the management regulations are committed, you may be subject to expulsion or entry restrictions. Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering matches at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.

□Regarding filming and use of footage inside the stadium during matches
Footage (including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) taken for the purpose of broadcasting during matches inside the stadium (including the concourse) may be used for the following purposes in addition to broadcasting during matches. Please be aware of this in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed inside the stadium
(2) Use on official J.League and club media
(3) Use on news programs and related media
(4) Use in footage produced by J.League or designated parties (including partner companies) for production materials and various merchandise.



□Prohibited Items
Please refrain from bringing the following items to the facility, unless specifically permitted by the management and safety personnel, or listed in the J.League's unified list of prohibited items.
・Bottles and cans
※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Plastic bottles are allowed.
・Any other items that may interfere with the operation or progress of the game, or cause inconvenience or danger to others, as determined by security personnel.

The entrance gate varies depending on the type of ticket. Please enter from the gate that matches your ticket type. Please note that even for the same seat type, the entrance gate may vary depending on the north/south side and level.

(4) Waiting List Lottery Entry
Not implemented as all seats are designated seats.
Please do not form a pre-waiting line around the stadium.



□ Viewing Rules
(1) All seats are designated seats
When watching the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (such as moving to the front of the stand to call out to players). Please watch the game from your designated seat.


(2)Standing Area

The first layer of home seats and the first layer of visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you do not have to tell people to sit down. Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.


(3)Visitor Goods Wearable Area

Visitors are only allowed to wear visitor goods in the following areas.
・Visitor Seats
・Main SS Designated Seats South Side
・Main S Designated Seats South Side
・Cushioned Seats South Side
※Main SS Designated Seats South Side, Main S Designated Seats South Side, and Cushioned Seats South Side are mixed areas.
※Wearing visitor goods and supporting the visitor team is strictly prohibited in areas other than those mentioned above.
※Please note that Main SSS Designated Seats are designated as FC Tokyo's cheering section regardless of the north or south side.


(4)Concourse Regulations
There are regulations for passage within the concourse. Those wearing visitor team uniforms and goods are not allowed to pass through the north side stands (1st to 3rd levels). Also, please note that those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and goods are not allowed to pass through the designated visitor seating area on the south side stands (1st to 3rd levels).


(5) Banner (Flag/Banner) Display
The location for displaying banners (flags/banners, etc.) has been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

For those who are preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at "H Gate" 120 minutes before the opening.
Banners (flags, banners) can also be displayed after the gate is opened.

②Visitor Team Banner
This will be displayed after the gates open. Pre-display is not possible.
※Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.
※The use of duct tape when attaching banners is prohibited.


(6) Use of Musical Instruments
The use of musical instruments is only allowed in designated areas.

(3) Use of Flags
・Definition of Large Flag: Flag portion (vertical 1m or more × horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
※If the size of the flag and pole is 1m or more in any one place, it will be considered a large flag. However, L flags are not included in this category.
・Area where large flags can be used

※Please note that it is prohibited to ensure the safety of all visitors in places other than the designated area.◈
※When using the large flag, please be sure to pay attention to the surrounding customers.
The organizer may prohibit bringing and using items that are deemed to be defamatory, slanderous, discriminatory, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise unsuitable for the match venue.



Regarding the installation and use of temporary handrails in the front standing seats
Installation and use are only possible if the following conditions are met and approved by FC Tokyo.
・Please make sure to cover the facility structure with cloth or similar material.
・If the facility structure is damaged, FC Tokyo cannot take responsibility for the facility.



Prohibited Actions
Unless specifically deemed necessary by the management and safety officer, please refrain from engaging in any of the following actions at any facility, in accordance with the J-League's unified prohibited actions and the following items:
- Banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory are prohibited from being displayed or acted upon. As a general societal norm, and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the action, and if it continues, ask for the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited actions are taken, there may be a penalty of being banned from entering future games.
・Use gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Confetti, streamers, balloons are allowed to be brought and used.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects including stones, coins, bottles and cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
・Intentional place-taking (flags, strings, tapes, flagpoles, etc.). Please check here for details.
・No bringing or using drums or large flags outside of designated areas.
・No crossing, sitting, or standing up on the front fence of the stands.
・Stand up on the chair, or watch and support by putting your feet on the back of the chair.
- Watch and support the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the game, or cause inconvenience or danger to others, as determined by security personnel.

・Player Bus Area・Please refrain from waiting at the entrance for officials.
・Baby strollers cannot be stored. If you come to the venue with a baby stroller, please use the stroller storage near the entrance gate. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage.
・There is no general parking at the Japan National Stadium, so please use public transportation.
