[U-15 Fukagawa] 5th Day of France Expedition

Day 5
We have reached the 5th day of our trip to France.
This morning, I went for a walk in the forest near the hotel and had breakfast at the hotel.

I used the train to return from the hotel to the dormitory. I experienced the local life while being confused by the different system from Japan!

After returning to the dormitory, we packed our belongings and prepared for the move, had lunch, and held a meeting.
During the meeting, we discussed the priority of passes and confirmed where to start moving in order to "aim for the goal more aggressively".
We were able to align our understanding and make good preparations for our first victory.

We greeted the staff at the facility we were greatly indebted to and took a 2 and a half hour bus ride to the tournament venue, Sansu.

Today, we had a practice match with a local club in our city. Thanks to Mr. Koguri's arrangement, who wanted us to get used to the actual pitch that will be used in the tournament, we were able to directly ask the chairman of the tournament to lend us the entire venue for the practice match.

The match was dominated by one team throughout, resulting in a high-scoring game.

【Match 1】
In the 5th minute, Kiri INOUE scored a goal from a corner kick. Then, in the 9th minute, Yuha TSUMURAYA cut in from the right side, dribbled past defenders, and took a shot to score a goal. In the 13th minute, Ryuto AI dribbled past opponents from the center and scored a goal. In the 21st minute, Jun AKIYAMA received a pass from behind on the left side, dribbled past an opponent, and scored a goal. The unstoppable Tokyo team continued their momentum as Jotaro YAMASHITA scored a goal with a header from a corner kick in the 26th minute, and then in the 28th minute, dribbled past defenders and took a shot to score another goal. The first match ended with a massive 6 goals for Tokyo.

[2nd Match]
Continuing the momentum from the first match, in the beginning of the game, Yachi Teruhiro received a pass and dribbled past the left side to take a shot and score a goal in just 1 minute. Then, in the 3rd minute, a press from the front line caused a mistake in the opponent's build-up, resulting in an own goal and adding another point. In the 7th minute, Yachi Teruhiro received a good pass from the midfield and took a shot, scoring another goal. In the 13th minute, Matsushita Harushiro headed in a corner kick to further widen the gap. The team continued to dominate and in the 18th minute, amidst a scramble in front of the opponent's goal, Matsushita Harushiro pushed in another goal. With that, the game ended.

Throughout both games, we were able to try various attacking patterns without giving the opponent much opportunity to attack, which has given us momentum heading into the tournament starting tomorrow!

After the game, we were treated to dinner by the organizers who took care of us during the tournament!
Local people are volunteering to run the league, and we will always remember to be grateful to them.

The TSF International Tournament will finally begin tomorrow!
We will embody the theme "Next Stage" and aim for FC Tokyo's first victory, fighting with all our might.
The first match will be against Bordeaux!
Thank you for your support!
