The TSF International Tournament starts today!
After having breakfast at the hotel, since the match kicked off at 18:30, I lightly worked up a sweat in a nearby square in the morning to adjust my condition.

After that, we moved to the dining venue during the tournament and had lunch!
At the dining venue, the chairman who is managing this tournament gave an encouraging speech, saying, "FC Tokyo has achieved a third-place finish in the past, so I hope they will achieve even better results this time!"

After having lunch, a meeting was held, and Harushiro MATSUSHITA was appointed as the captain for this tournament.
"Everything is for victory" Each of us confirmed what we can do and what we should do, and we have prepared for the first match!

I arrived at the venue a little early and watched the match in a packed stadium. While getting accustomed to the atmosphere of the tournament, I gradually increased my motivation.

[First Half]
In the early stages, we were overwhelmed by the opponent's momentum, struggled to keep up with their speed, and had a prolonged period where we couldn't regain possession of the ball.
We conceded a goal from the opponent's corner kick just one minute into the match. It was a goal that took advantage of a small gap at the start of the game.
After that, we gradually regained our composure and became able to hold the ball without fear of the opponent's pressure!
In the 13th minute, connecting passes from the DF line to the center and then to the right side, they broke through the opponent's defense and approached the goal. Yuha TSUMURAYA scored with a direct shot from a cross after an overlap by the left side back! They equalized before the end of the first half.
After that, the ball was gathered to the FW, and chances in front of the goal increased, but they were unable to convert them before the end of the first half.

[Second Half]
From the start of the first half, both teams continued to battle for possession in the midfield.
As the match progressed, we gradually became able to win the ball, but the subsequent passes did not connect, and the situation continued where we could not dominate the game.
During the middle of the match, we had more possession of the ball and attempted to connect the ball from the DF line to bring it to the goal area.
There was a period when we couldn't shake off the pressure and couldn't move forward as we wanted.
Gradually starting to be pushed back by the opponent, the defense was holding firm, but after conceding a foul in the 19th minute, the opponent used the side from the restart of the free kick, and a ball crossed back into the center was pushed in, resulting in a goal conceded.
We conceded a goal during the most critical moments of the match, right after the start and just before the end.
It was a very frustrating defeat for the players, but the qualifiers will continue tomorrow, so we want to prepare well for everything to win and advance to the upper stage!
