FC Tokyo signed a comprehensive partnership agreement called the "Wide Collaboration Agreement" with Tokyo Metropolis, its hometown, in March 2023, cooperating in various fields to further develop the capital, Tokyo, and improve services for its residents.

Tokyo is implementing the "Citizen Proposal System" to reflect the voices of residents in budget formulation and policy planning. We will incorporate the proposals received from everyone into the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's policies for the fiscal year 2025, and we sincerely look forward to receiving many applications.

・Proposer
Residents, employees, and students in Tokyo, as well as corporations based in Tokyo
Even if you do not live in Tokyo, those who work for a corporation in Tokyo can make proposals.

・Proposal Method
You can proceed to the application form from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Finance Bureau website, on the page for citizen proposals.

We plan to present certificates of appreciation to those who have proposed project plans reflected in the budget proposal.
