* Registration of the application form, purchase of participation tickets, and mailing of the examination consent form are required for application.

We will send it to the email address registered with your J League ID at the end of the application period (deadline: May 16th, Thursday).

Please apply using the following steps.

・Please log in with your J League ID and enter the required information.
If you do not have a J.League ID, please obtain one on the application form authentication page before applying.
After completing your registration on the application form, a confirmation screen will be displayed, and a web registration completion email will be automatically sent to the email address registered with your J League ID, so please check it.
After the application period ends, we will use the email address, postal code, address, and phone number registered with your J League ID as contact information for this selection. If there are no necessary registrations or if there are changes to the information, please make corrections before the application period ends.
The personal information you have registered will be used for this selection. Additionally, it may be used for communications from the club after the selection period has ended. Thank you for your understanding.
※Please note that if you remove FC Tokyo from your favorite club settings before the application period ends, we will not be able to send you information from FC Tokyo.

③After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email from J League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) confirming your ticket application details.
Please make sure to set up your email to receive messages from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
If you do not receive the email, please log in to the J League Ticket official site and check if the payment process has been completed from the 'Purchase History' in the menu button at the top right.
④ Issue the "Selection Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
* When issuing tickets, please provide the "payment slip number (13 digits)" at the store register to issue your tickets. Inform the staff that it is an "internet purchase" to ensure a smooth process.
※A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuance fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and a payment processing fee may apply depending on the payment method.
Please note that for credit card payments (including d payment and Rakuten Pay), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours after the payment to prevent fraudulent use.
*If you want to issue tickets within 24 hours, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven."

⑤Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from below and be sure to obtain the signature and approval seal of the representative of your team (such as the coach).
※Currently, those who are not affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or approval seal.

⑥ Attach the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven to the "Examination Acceptance Letter" and mail it to the address below.

□Reception Confirmation
For those who have completed the mailing of the "Application Form Registration" and the "Examination Consent Form", an examination guide will be sent to the email address registered with the J League ID by May 23 (Tue) at the end of the application period (deadline May 16 (Thu)).
