About the FC Tokyo U-15 Musashi Selection for the 2025 Enrollment

In preparation for the 2025 U-15 Musashi team, we will conduct selections for current sixth graders based on the following details.

□Target
Current sixth graders (born between April 2, 2012, and April 1, 2013) who are field players and goalkeepers.
* It is a principle that you can commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gakugei University Affiliated Koganei Junior High School) within 90 minutes from home.

□Number of recruits
A few (field players and goalkeepers)

Tokyo Gakugei University Affiliated Koganei Junior High School (Artificial Turf)

【Nearest Station】
15 minutes on foot from JR Chuo Line "Musashi-Koganei Station" or "Kokubunji Station"

※Please check the exam guidance sent by email after confirming your application and participation ticket for the meeting time.
※The email will be sent to the address registered with your J.League ID at the end of the application period.

 3,300 yen (tax included)
※Please note that refunds cannot be made for application cancellations or absence from the selection.

□How to Apply
Please apply following the steps below.

➀Access the application form below and fill in the required information.

・Please log in with your J League ID and enter the required information.
If you do not have a J.League ID, please obtain one on the application form authentication page before applying.
After completing your registration on the application form, a completion screen will be displayed.
<Regarding the Handling of Personal Information>
The personal information you provide will be handled responsibly by our company as stated in the "Privacy Policy". Please review the "Privacy Policy" and, upon agreement, fill in the necessary information.

※Please note that if you remove FC Tokyo from your favorite club settings before the application period ends, we will not be able to send you information from FC Tokyo.
* We will send you information from the email address @fctokyo.co.jp, so please set it up to be able to receive it.
* Email addresses @icloud.com, @i.softbank.jp, and @yahoo.ne.jp may have difficulty receiving notification emails.

②Access the link below and purchase the selection participation ticket.

*Please note that the date listed on the ticket purchase page may differ from the selection event date due to system circumstances.



③After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email from J League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) confirming your ticket application details.
Please make sure to set up your email to receive messages from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
If you do not receive the email, please log in to the J League Ticket official site and check if the payment process has been completed from the 'Purchase History' in the menu button at the top right.


④ Issue the "Selection Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
※When issuing the ticket, please provide the "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" at the store register to issue the ticket.
If you inform the staff that it is an 'internet purchase', the process will proceed smoothly.
※A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuance fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and a payment processing fee may apply depending on the payment method.
Please note that for credit card payments (including d payment, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours after the payment to prevent fraudulent use.
* If you want to issue tickets within 24 hours, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven."
◇ If you have lost your "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)"
→Please log in to the official J-League ticket site and check your purchase history from the menu button in the upper right.


⑤Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from below and be sure to obtain the signature and approval seal of the representative of your team (such as the coach).
※Currently, those who are not affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or approval seal.
* Please download the PDF at the bottom of this page to use the examination acceptance form.


⑥ Attach the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at 7-Eleven to the "Examination Consent Form" and mail it to the address below.

□ Confirmation of Receipt
Those who have completed both the registration on the application form and the mailing of the Examination Consent Form (with the participation ticket attached) will receive an examination guide sent to the email address registered with their J.League ID by Jun 10 (Mon), after the application period ends (deadline Jun 5 (Wed)).
※Please note that if you remove FC Tokyo from your favorite club settings before the application period ends, we will not be able to send you information from FC Tokyo.
* We will send you information from the email address @fctokyo.co.jp, so please set it up to be able to receive it.
If you do not receive a notification email by June 10 (Mon), please check your spam folder and contact the selection department below.
