We will hold a community event on October 6 (Sunday).
The participants are as follows. Additionally, the practice observation on the same day will be open to the public.
Photography and videography during practice, as well as sharing information related to practice on social media, is prohibited.

About Accompanying Persons
※Accompanying persons are limited to one per winner, only for preschool children, but accompanying persons cannot participate in the interaction.
Children who are not yet in school cannot enter the interaction area with two or more accompanying persons.
【About Heatstroke Measures】
In order to ensure the safety of all participants and manage the health of the players, the content of interactions in response to weather conditions related to heat, such as the issuance of heatstroke warning alerts, will be as follows.
Please note that even if the interaction is canceled, the practice observation will proceed as scheduled; however, there are few shaded areas within the facility, and places to take shelter are limited. When attending, please make thorough preparations for heat measures, hydration, and bad weather. Also, please do not forget to hydrate frequently during the practice observation.
<Primary Judgment the Day Before the Interaction Implementation>
If a special heat stroke alert or a heat stroke warning is issued in Tokyo on the day before the event, the event will be canceled.
The presence or absence of the special heatstroke alert will be announced the day before at 14:00, and the presence or absence of the heatstroke alert will be announced the day before at 17:00.

The content of the interaction will be determined based on the heat index (WBGT) at the end of practice.
* This will be determined using the WBGT measuring device installed at Kodaira Ground.

②WBGT between 25 and 28 (Caution)
Only high fives will be conducted
③WBGT28 or higher (Severe Caution)

・For BFP members and BF members who have not won in other events, the winning rate is set higher than usual, so please be aware of this in advance.

【Rules for Interaction Implementation】
Each person is allowed one autograph per player or one commemorative photo only.
・Please refrain from giving presents.
Only winners can enter the interaction area. Accompanying persons who are in elementary school or older will wait outside the interaction area behind the winners.
One accompanying adult for preschool children may enter the interaction area, but please note that they cannot participate in the interaction.
・Please refrain from stopping players and having long conversations with them.
・Please participate in the player interaction at the designated location. Please refrain from entering restricted areas such as the grass area and calling out to players.
During past interaction events, the following actions were observed that violated the above rules, despite many customers adhering to the rules.
Despite the guidance that only one of either a signature or a photo can be requested per player, both a signature and a photo were requested from one player and received.
Despite being informed that only high-fives would be allowed in rainy weather, you had your child stand in front and requested a photo with the players.

If such actions are found in the future, we will ask for your membership number and name on the spot, and you will be excluded from any fan service-related lotteries thereafter. [Rules for the Training Facility]
・Please be careful not to lean on the net during your visit.
The venue will open approximately 15 minutes before practice begins. Please refrain from waiting at the entrance before opening, as it may inconvenience nearby residents and passersby. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please follow the staff's instructions within the training facility to ensure a smooth observation of practice and interaction.
If you have symptoms such as fever or poor health on the day of the event, please refrain from attending. (Those who clearly show symptoms of poor health may be refused entry.)
・There is no parking at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
Please note that the number of chairs at the viewing area is limited. You may bring your own portable chair, but if there are many visitors, we ask that you be considerate of those around you. (Please refrain from spreading mats such as vinyl sheets.)
・Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.
・The observation area does not have a roof, so please bring your own rain gear.
・There are no indoor rest areas, so please prepare your own measures for heat, sunlight, and cold protection.
In the event of sudden cancellation of practice, cancellation of interactions due to rain, etc., your winning ticket will be rendered invalid. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be aware that there may be players who do not participate in practice or interactions due to reasons such as conditioning, recovery, or training.
・Pets are not allowed to enter. Please note that this applies even if they are in pet carriers or dog strollers.

・Taking photos and videos during practice, as well as sharing information related to practice on social media, is prohibited.
・Taking photos before and after practice and posting on social media is not a problem
