Sports channel DAZN and Trust Bank Co., Ltd., which plans and operates the largest hometown tax comprehensive site "Furusato Choice", will start a project in collaboration to donate through Furusato Choice to J-League clubs supported by donors. Part of the donation amount will be donated as support money. We would like to inform you that we will participate in the "DAZN × Club × Furusato Choice Furusato Tax and Support Your Club!" Project.

This project will be held from Nov 21 (Thu) to Dec 31 (Tue), and if you choose FC Tokyo and make a donation through hometown tax payment, a part of the donation amount will be donated to FC Tokyo as support money.

・During the project period, by making a donation through "Support your club by hometown tax payment!" a portion of the donation will be donated to FC Tokyo as a support fund.

□ How to Enter the Campaign
① Click on "Enter the Campaign" on the campaign page
② Choose FC Tokyo from the club you want to support on the campaign page and copy the campaign code
③ Proceed to the donation application and enter the campaign code in the form

□Campaign Eligibility Criteria
Total donation amount from the same account during the project period must be 10,000 yen or more.
※Donations for disaster relief are not eligible.
