Notice about practice observation and interaction at Kodaira Ground for the 2025 season

For the observation of practices at Kodaira Ground for the 2025 season and interaction with fans and supporters, we will implement the following guidelines for the time being. Please make sure to read the precautions, adhere to the rules, and follow the instructions of staff and security personnel on the day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

□Notes (Common)
1. About Your Visit
① There is no parking available at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle. Parking at nearby commercial facilities is considered a nuisance and may lead to reporting, and it may also result in the inability to hold future public practices, so please absolutely refrain from doing so.
* Please note that even if you are using nearby commercial facilities, if your main purpose is to visit Kodaira Grand or if you are seen wearing FC Tokyo merchandise, you may also be subject to reporting, so please be cautious.

② When arriving by bicycle, please cooperate by following the guidance of staff and security personnel and park in the designated bicycle area.

③ It is prohibited to gather in large numbers in front of nearby stores or to raise loud voices on surrounding roads, as these actions disturb the local residents.

2. About the Facility
① The number of chairs at the observation area is limited. You may bring a portable chair, but please be considerate of those around you if there are many visitors. Please refrain from spreading out items such as vinyl sheets. Additionally, please take care to manage your valuables and personal belongings.

② Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.

③ It is prohibited to display banners, etc. without prior permission from the club.

④ Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that bringing them into the facility area, even in a carrier bag, is prohibited.

⑤ There is no roof at the observation area, so please bring your own rain gear. Additionally, there are no covered resting areas, so please prepare for heat, sun exposure, and cold in advance.

⑥ If you have symptoms such as fever or feeling unwell, please refrain from coming. If clear symptoms of illness are observed, you may be asked to leave the facility.

⑦ The practice observation and interaction area will be closed approximately 90 minutes after the end of the overall practice. Even if players and staff remain, our security personnel and staff will ask you to leave, so we appreciate your cooperation for a smooth exit.

3. Response to Severe Weather and Summer Period
① In the event that severe weather is anticipated based on prior forecasts, or if the heat index standards during the summer period (such as the issuance of heatstroke warning alerts) or the impact of infectious disease outbreaks are expected, please be aware that we may cancel public practice sessions to ensure the safety of spectators and player staff. If a decision to cancel is made by the day before, we will notify you on the top team schedule page. When considering your visit, please be sure to check the schedule in advance.

② On the day of the event, in case of sudden bad weather or if the heat index exceeds the standard value, we may announce the cancellation of observation or interaction after training, even during training. Safety is our top priority, so we ask for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth exit.
* Please note that the practice schedule may change suddenly. Thank you for your understanding.

□About Practice Observation
On days when "Public Practice" is listed on the Training Schedule on the FC Tokyo official website, anyone can observe the practice.

【Notes on Observing Practice】
① Please follow the instructions and guidance of security personnel and staff, and observe in the designated area.

Please refrain from filming during training, both video and still images. Regardless of the equipment used, such as video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, or for personal viewing as a keepsake, all filming is prohibited. Additionally, taking notes on training content or participating players, as well as posting on social media in text form is also prohibited. This is to prevent the provision of information to other clubs we compete against, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please refrain from speaking to players during training.

④There may be instances where a ball comes flying into the viewing area, so please be cautious. Additionally, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during practice observations.

□ About Interaction (Photos and Signatures)

◇On the official FC Tokyo website, on days marked as public practice, anyone can interact with the players (photo opportunities and autographs). On days marked as closed practice, if the notes section states "gates open after practice," the training is closed to the public, but the gates will open after the overall training session for interaction opportunities.
*Please note that some players may not be available for interaction due to conditioning adjustments or scheduling conflicts. Therefore, not all players will pass through the "interaction" zone, so please understand in advance.
Please refrain from calling out to or stopping players who do not pass through the 'Interaction' zone.
*If there are many people wishing to interact, we may have to limit the interaction to high-fives only, so please understand in advance.

[Important Notes on Interaction]
① The content of "interaction" will consist of photo (still image) shooting and signing, and as a general rule, please cooperate by allowing one item per person per player (either one photo shoot or one autograph). Also, please refrain from video recording.

To minimize the time players stop to converse, we ask fans and supporters to be considerate of those around them and the players' conditions, and to cooperate with each other.

Please refrain from bringing items or leaving children with the players for photos. Also, please refrain from giving players smartphones or cameras to take photos.

④ Photos taken during the "interaction" (still images) can be posted on social media and other platforms.

You may bring letters and gifts for the players, but as a general rule, please do not hand them directly to the players. Instead, write the name of the player on the item and place it in the box located in the "Interaction" zone. Our staff will deliver them to each player. Additionally, please note that we cannot accept food, beverages, hazardous materials, expensive items, or valuables. Thank you for your understanding. (If any prohibited items are found in the box, they will be disposed of.)

6. You may not sell player signatures, photos, etc. without the club's permission. Please use them within the scope of personal enjoyment, such as on social media or personal websites.

□ Members Only Access & Interaction

On the days marked as "Members Only" in the Training Schedule on the official FC Tokyo website, only those who have been selected through a pre-application lottery from among various members, including the FC Tokyo OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP, will be allowed to observe the practice and interact (with either a photo or autograph).
* The types of eligible members vary by date, and details regarding eligibility and application methods will be announced separately in the headline news on the official FC Tokyo website.

[Important Notes for Members Only]
On the day of the event, winners will be verified with their membership card (digital or physical) to enter the viewing area.
Regarding companions, we will inform you whether it is possible at the time of the implementation notice. Please be sure to check the recruitment guidelines at the time of implementation.
* In addition, we will operate in accordance with the above-mentioned notes regarding practice observation and interaction (photos and autographs).
