For the 2025 season, we will be conducting practice visits and interactions with fans and supporters at the Kodaira Ground. For the time being, we will be following the guidelines outlined below. Please be sure to read the precautions and follow the rules, and on the day of the event, please understand and cooperate with the staff and security personnel's instructions.

1. About Visiting
�� There is no parking lot at the Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from visiting by private car or motorcycle. Parking at nearby commercial facilities is not only a nuisance, but also may result in reporting and the inability to hold future open practices. Please absolutely refrain from doing so.
*Please note that even if you use nearby commercial facilities, if your main purpose is to visit Kodaira Ground or if you are wearing FC Tokyo goods, you may also be subject to reporting, so please be careful.
�� When arriving by bicycle, please cooperate with the staff and security guards and park in the designated bicycle parking area as directed.
�� Please refrain from causing inconvenience to the nearby residents by waiting in large groups in front of nearby stores or making loud noises on the surrounding roads, etc.
2. Facilities
�� There is a limited number of chairs available for viewing. It is possible to bring your own folding chairs, but please be considerate of those around you if there are many viewers. Please refrain from spreading out vinyl sheets or other mats. Also, please take sufficient care in managing your valuables and belongings.
�� Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash with you.
�� Posting banners and other materials without prior permission from the club is prohibited.
�� Pets are not allowed. Please note that bringing pets into the facility, even in a carrier bag, is prohibited.
�� There is no roof at the viewing location, so please bring your own rain gear. Also, there is no covered resting area, so please prepare for heat, sun, and cold beforehand.
�� Please refrain from attending if you have symptoms such as fever or poor physical condition. In the case of obvious symptoms of poor physical condition, we may ask you to leave the facility.
�� Practice observation and interaction area will be closed around 90 minutes after the end of the overall practice. Even if players and staff are still present, we will ask for your cooperation in smooth exiting by security guards and staff members.
3. Response to Severe Weather and Summer Period
�� In case of severe weather predicted by advance forecast, or when the heat index standard during the summer period (such as heatstroke alert) or the impact of infectious diseases is expected, please note that we may cancel the open practice for the safety of visitors and player staff. If the decision is made to cancel by the day before, we will announce it on the top team schedule page. When considering attending, please be sure to check the schedule in advance.
�� On the day, in case of sudden bad weather or exceeding the heat index criteria, there may be a notice from the staff to cancel the observation or cancel the interaction after the training. We prioritize safety, so we ask for your cooperation in smooth exiting.

About Practice Observation
On days when "Open Practice" is listed on the FC Tokyo official website's Training Schedule, anyone can observe the practice.
[Notes for Practice Observation]
��Please follow the instructions and guidance of security guards and staff and visit the designated area.
��Please refrain from taking videos or still images during training.Whether it is for personal viewing or for commemoration, the use of video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, and other equipment is strictly prohibited. Taking notes on training content or participating players, as well as posting on social media in text form is also prohibited. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this could potentially provide information to other clubs we compete against.
Please refrain from speaking to players during training.
��Please be careful as there may be balls flying into the viewing area. Also, please note that we cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or health problems during practice viewing.
�� About Interaction (Photos and Autographs)
��On days when "Open Practice" is listed on the Training Schedule on the official FC Tokyo website, anyone can interact with players (take photos and get autographs). On days when "Closed Practice" is listed and the remarks section says "Open after practice", the training is closed to the public but fans can still interact with players after the full team training session.
※Please note that some players may not be able to participate due to conditioning or scheduling conflicts. Therefore, not all players will pass through the "interaction" zone, so please understand in advance.
※ Please refrain from speaking to or stopping players who do not pass through the "Interaction" zone.
※If there are many people who wish to interact, we may have to implement only high fives at the last minute, so please understand in advance.
[Notes on Interaction]
��The content of "Interaction" will be limited to taking photos (still images) and signing, and as a general rule, please cooperate with one response per person per player, either one photo shoot or one signature. Please refrain from taking videos.
��Players should try to keep their conversations short and consider the condition of those around them. We ask for the cooperation of fans and supporters in this matter.
��Please refrain from leaving personal belongings or infants with players for photography. Also, please refrain from giving players your smartphone or camera for photography.
�� Photos taken during "interaction" can be posted on SNS, etc. (still images).
��You can bring letters and gifts for the players, but please do not give them directly to the players. Instead, please put them in the box in the "Interaction" zone with the player's name written on it. Our staff will deliver them to each player. Please note that we cannot accept food, drinks, dangerous items, expensive items, or valuables. (If any of these items are found in the box, they will be disposed of.)
�� Players' signatures and photos cannot be sold without the club's permission. Please use them within the scope of personal enjoyment, such as on SNS or personal websites.
�� Member Exclusive Release & Interaction
On days when there is a mention of "members-only viewing" on the training schedule within the FC Tokyo official website, only those who have been selected through a pre-application lottery from various members such as FC Tokyo OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP will be able to participate in the practice viewing and interaction (either a photo or a signature).
※The eligible membership types may vary depending on the schedule, and the eligibility and application methods will be announced separately on the headline news of the FC Tokyo official website.

��On the day, we will verify your membership card (digital or physical) and allow you to enter the viewing area.
��We will inform you each time whether it is possible to bring a companion or not when we provide the implementation guidance. Please be sure to check the recruitment guidelines at the time of implementation.
*In addition, we will operate in accordance with the precautions for observing practice and interacting (photos and autographs) mentioned above.
