Participating teams in the Premier League, Prefectural Football Associations of the participating teams
【Tournament Format】
・The 24 participating teams are divided into EAST/WEST leagues with 12 teams each, and a round-robin format of 2nd Round matches (22 games) will be conducted using home and away matches.
・The champion teams of the EAST/WEST league will earn a spot in the finals.
・The bottom two teams in 11th and 12th place in the EAST/WEST league will be automatically relegated to the next year's Prince League.
・The top 16 teams of this year's Prince League will qualify for the Premier League playoffs, and the 4 teams that win will earn the right to participate in the Premier League next year.
