Tournament Format
・59 teams from J1 League, J2 League, and J3 League, as well as 2 teams from last season's J3 League, the 8th Japan Club Youth Soccer (U-18), and the top 3 teams from Town Club CUP 2024.

[1st Round]
Divide 64 teams into 16 groups of 4 teams each and have each group play a round-robin league match (3 matches per team).

[2nd Round]
The top 2 teams from each group in the 1st round will advance to the upper league (Groups 1-8), while the bottom 2 teams will advance to the lower league (Groups 9-16). Each team will play 2 matches against teams they did not face in the 1st round.

[Knockout Round]

The top team from each group (Group 1 to Group 8) in the 2nd round will compete in a single elimination tournament. The matchups for the knockout round will be determined by a lottery after the conclusion of the 2nd round.
