Today, we would like to announce that Yuto NAGATOMO from our club has been selected for the SAMURAI BLUE (Japan national team) members participating in the 'FIFA World Cup 26 Asian Final Qualifiers (3rd Round)' to be held in March 2025, as announced by the Japan Football Association (JFA).

"I am very honored to be selected for the Japan national team again this time.
However, before joining, there is a match against Avispa Fukuoka, so I will fight with all my strength to deliver a victory to the fans and supporters in Tokyo. I will carry the good energy gained from the Tokyo match into the activities of the Japan national team.
And towards our fifth World Cup appearance, we will first focus on our training and matches with all our strength to secure our qualification for the World Cup on our own.
