In preparation for the 2026 U-15 Fukagawa team, we will conduct selections for current sixth graders based on the following details.
□Target
Current sixth graders (born between April 2, 2013 and April 1, 2014)
* It is required that participants can commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground) within 90 minutes from their home.
□Number of Openings
A few (field players and goalkeepers)

*Please check the examination information that will be sent via email after confirming your application and participation ticket for details such as meeting time.
We will send it to the email address registered with your J League ID at the end of the application period (deadline May 17 (Sat)).
* The results of the 2nd and 3rd selections will only be communicated to those who passed.

<Regarding the Handling of Personal Information>
The personal information you provide will be handled responsibly by our company as stated in our "Privacy Policy". Please review the "Privacy Policy" and, upon agreement, fill in the necessary information.
・Application Procedure
(1) Create a J.League ID in the name of the player participating in the selection
(2) Register on the application form
(3) Payment of participation fee and issuance of <Selection Participation Ticket>
(4) Download the Examination Consent Form, fill in the required information, and attach the <Selection Participation Ticket>
(5) Submit the <Examination Consent Form> at the reception on the day of the selection
・Application Procedure Details
(1) Create a J.League ID in the name of the player participating in the selection

If you already have a J League ID under your name, please select 'Log in to J League ID and proceed.'

(2) Registration of Application Form
Please access the application form at the bottom of the page and fill in the required information.
*Please be sure to log in with the J.League ID of the player participating in the selection.
After completing your registration on the application form, a completion screen will be displayed, and a "Completion Email" will be sent to the email address registered with your J League ID.
* We will send you information from the email address "@fctokyo.co.jp", so please set your settings to allow reception.
(3) Payment of Participation Fee and Issuance of <Selection Participation Ticket>
① Payment of the participation fee can be made from the "URL for purchasing the Selection Participation Ticket" mentioned in the "Application Completion Email".
*Details of the first selection (such as examination number and time) will be sent via email to those who have confirmed both the registration of the application form and payment of the participation fee by the application deadline on May 17 (Sat). The above email will be sent to the email address registered with the J.League ID by May 20 (Tue).
②Confirmation of the payment slip number
You will receive a "Ticket Application Confirmation" email from J League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp). Please check the "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" mentioned in the email.
*Please set your email to receive messages from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
If you do not receive the email, you can log in to the J League Ticket official website and check from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
③ At Seven-Eleven stores, issue the <Selection Participation Ticket>
Please inform the store cashier of the "payment slip number (13 digits)" to issue the ticket. If you inform them in advance that it is an "internet purchase," the issuance will proceed smoothly.
* A system usage fee, ticket issuance fee, and payment processing fee may apply per ticket, depending on the payment method.
* In the case of credit card payments (including d payment and Rakuten Pay), you cannot issue a ticket at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours have passed after the purchase procedure to prevent fraudulent use. If you want to issue a ticket within 24 hours, such as just before the deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven."
Download the (4) <受験承諾書> and fill in the required information, and attach the <セレクション参加チケット>

If you belong to a team, the handwritten signature of the team representative (such as the coach) is required.
Please attach the <Selection Participation Ticket> in the designated position of the <Examination Acceptance Form>.
*If you are not currently affiliated with a team, a handwritten signature from the team representative (such as the coach) is not required.
(5) Submit the <受験承諾書> at the reception on the day of the selection
Please ensure that all required fields are filled out, the representative of your team (coach) has signed it in person, and that the selection participation ticket is attached before submitting it at the reception on the day of the selection.
*Please note that if there are any deficiencies in the submitted documents, you may not be able to participate in the selection.
Please check the details of the [Application Procedure] above and complete step (1) to (3) by the application deadline. After that, please submit the completed documents by (4) on the day.
