FC Tokyo upholds the fundamental principles of its operations such as "contributing to the promotion of sports culture and, consequently, the development of the local community through soccer" and "becoming a symbol for Tokyo residents, inspiring youth with dreams, and nurturing a soccer team befitting the capital city of Tokyo."
We have been working to excite Tokyo through the top team, as well as the academy, school, and other events.
The purpose of continuing the official partner contract is to transcend the boundaries of business aspects such as events and sponsor management, foster a sense of unity as an organization, aim to become a top team that symbolizes the citizens of Tokyo, and embody the ideal form of organizational revitalization.
Identity Partners Inc. provides solutions for organizational revitalization through "dialogue" based on coaching theory, leveraging its expertise not only in the business field but also across a wide range of areas including professional sports.
