In September 2025, we will hold the "Adult Walking Football Class in Keio Arena TOKYO." The venue is "Keio Arena TOKYO," adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium. This event will be held in an indoor gymnasium.
[What is Walking Football?]
It is soccer that originated in England and is played by walking!
At FC Tokyo, regardless of gender, soccer, or futsal experience, we have introduced rules such as "play by walking (brisk walking is OK), no body contact, no heading" so that even those who are not good at sports can play without fear, providing everyone with the opportunity to enjoy kicking the ball!

This classroom will enjoy both training and games while focusing on the basics.
(1) Warm-up
We will have fun while communicating with the participants.
(2) Training
We will conduct the training based on the fundamentals of "stopping, kicking, and carrying" while understanding the rules.
(3) Game
We will conduct the game in a way that allows for more ball touches, such as in small groups, 5vs5, etc.

・Please be sure to bring drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
・Please be sure to bring indoor shoes (black-soled shoes, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). You will not be able to participate without indoor shoes, so please understand. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
・The ball is prepared here.
・There are changing rooms available.
