We have received the following information regarding the broadcast time and channel changes from TOKYO MX.
[From TOKYO MX]
TOKYO MX has been providing "F.C.TOKYO Spirit!" to FC Tokyo fans and supporters for a long time. In order to reach even more viewers, we will be implementing the following four measures starting in April.
(1) Change in broadcast time
The Friday 22:00 slot was overlapping with a soccer support program in the Kanto region. By changing the time to 23:00-23:30, we believe we can appeal to more viewers who love soccer and FC Tokyo.
In addition, it is a time zone where the popularity of programs from various stations in Tokyo and the work-from-home rate are lined up, so we have determined that it would be beneficial to move the time slot from 22:00 to 23:00 in order to attract viewers who are not just soccer fans.
(2)Channel Change to TOKYO MX2 (092ch)
Since April last year, TOKYO MX2 has been broadcasting 24-hour full multi-channel, delivering high-quality content such as movies, dramas, old anime, and documentaries.
"F.C.TOKYO Spirit!" will be added to TOKYO MX2, and we believe that it will contribute to a more diverse program lineup as a channel for disseminating cultural content, including sports, representing the capital Tokyo.
(3) FC Tokyo information broadcasted on the morning information program "Morning CROSS"
Every Monday to Friday at 7:00, FC Tokyo information is broadcasted on the information program "Morning CROSS" on TOKYO MX1 (091ch). FC Tokyo information is broadcasted every Monday and Friday on the sports corner "Crosspo" within the program.
On Mondays, we will focus on the results of the previous week's matches, and on Fridays, we will bring you the latest information such as highlights of the upcoming matches, event announcements at Ajinomoto Stadium, and player comments. And on the night of the match, we will also promote the program "F.C.TOKYO Soul!"
(※Broadcast time is scheduled to start around 8:09 AM)
(4) Official YouTube channel & MX's HP and sports portal update web videos every week
In addition to TV broadcasting, by delivering the program as a web video, it will be available not only in the Tokyo metropolitan area but also nationwide and overseas.
We will share various ways to enjoy FC Tokyo through our own programs, such as viewing guides, gourmet and event information, and information from the team, at Ajinomoto Stadium.
