Today, January 28 (Wednesday), marks the 7th day of the Okinawa camp.
On this day, when the cloudy sky spread, a second training session was held at Kunigami Athletic Stadium.
In the morning practice, we focused on physical training with running around the entire pitch, and in the afternoon, we conducted match formats for defense against attack and a practice match.
Focused training was conducted in both the morning and afternoon while remaining relaxed.
