Today, on Sep 25 (Fri), a car driven by Kazunori YOSHIMOTO, a player from our club, was involved in a rear-end collision on the street near 5-chome, Shibakubo-cho, Nishitokyo City. The person in the vehicle that was rear-ended (a van) experienced pain in their neck and lower back and underwent an examination at the hospital after the accident today, Sep 25 (Fri). Furthermore, Kazunori YOSHIMOTO was not injured.
I sincerely pray for a speedy recovery for those who have been injured, and I will respond with utmost sincerity. I also sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience caused to everyone involved.
The club will issue a strict warning to Kazunori YOSHIMOTO and will thoroughly promote traffic safety measures among all players and related parties to prevent recurrence.

3. Overview
Kazunori YOSHIMOTO was driving his passenger car on the Shin-Ome Highway towards Shinjuku when he looked away from the road to check the instruments. As a result, he collided with a vehicle (a wagon) that was waiting at a traffic signal. The person (a man in his 30s) in the vehicle (wagon) experienced pain in his neck and lower back, and today (9/25), after the accident, he underwent an examination at the hospital. We will continue to respond sincerely to ensure a swift recovery for the injured party.

I sincerely apologize to the person who was driving for the accident caused by my negligence. From now on, I will exercise the utmost caution when driving and will strive to ensure that such an accident does not happen again. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
