We are pleased to announce that our club's Masato MORISHIGE and Yuichi MARUYAMA have been selected for the SAMURAI BLUE (Japan national team) squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Asian Second Qualifiers and AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019 Qualifiers, as announced today (11/5) by the JFA (Japan Football Association).

"I am very honored to be selected for the Japan national team. I will play hard to contribute to the team's strength, and since this is a qualifying round, I will do my best to aim for victory together with everyone. Despite being an away game in Singapore, many supporters will come to cheer us on, so I want to be able to deliver a victory. First, I want to play my best for the club in this weekend's match against Kashiwa and prepare thoroughly to ensure I can join the Japan national team afterward."
