□ Personal Comments
"To all FC Tokyo fans and supporters."
I have decided to transfer to SV Horn in the Austrian third division.
I joined FC Tokyo's Komazawa School in third grade of elementary school. For about 18 years, I was able to grow as a player in the privileged environment of FC Tokyo. In other words, I don't know any other team besides FC Tokyo. From U-15 to U-18, and from U-18 to the top team, I have walked a soccer life without ever making my own decision about my future. At this point in my 10th year as a professional, I wanted to challenge myself for the first time in my soccer life, and that's why I decided to transfer this time.
Last July, I was diagnosed with overtraining syndrome and caused you all to worry. I even considered retiring, but after taking a break from soccer, my desire to play has grown even stronger. With this motivation, I want to start my soccer career from scratch in Europe.
Thank you very much for all your support so far. We kindly ask for your continued support for football player Shuichi GONDA in the future.
