Okinawa Kunigami Village Camp Day 2

On January 19 (Tuesday), there will be two training sessions at 9:30 and 15:00.
Amidst the cold winds blowing from the sea, the morning practice included core training and running drills, focusing on improving conditioning.
In the afternoon practice, we reviewed tactics and focused on positioning and roles in both offense and defense while going through game-like drills.
