Today (2/8) at 14:30, a practice match was held against FC Seoul at Takashiro Sports Park. (45 minutes x 2)
In the early stages, Tokyo created chances but could not capitalize on scoring opportunities, allowing Seoul to gain momentum.
Starting with the press back from the east, the defensive line's covering and the overall defensive awareness of everyone was high, ending the first half scoreless.
In the second half, there were continued moments where Seoul maintained possession of the ball, but we took advantage of the opponent's gaps, focused on the space, and launched quick counterattacks.
In the 22nd minute of the second half, Tokyo earned a penalty kick. Yu OKUBO calmly scored a ground shot to the right to take the lead.
After that, they suppressed Seoul's counterattack and secured a victory with a score of 1 to 0.
