Regarding the traffic accident of player Riku HIROSUE

On June 9th (Friday), Riku HIROSUE's car, driving on the Kanto Route 7 in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, at the intersection of Kanahama 3-chome, moved forward as the traffic light turned green. However, a motorcycle entered from behind. In an attempt to avoid the motorcycle, the car braked and swerved slightly to the right, causing an accident by colliding with a truck in the adjacent lane that was also moving forward from behind.
Furthermore, there were no injuries to Riku HIROSUE, the player, who was riding in the contacted vehicle (male/no passengers).
We apologize from the bottom of our hearts for causing great inconvenience to everyone involved in this matter.
The club will issue a strict warning to player Riku HIROSUE and will thoroughly promote traffic safety to all players and staff to prevent future incidents.

3. Overview
Riku HIROSUE, a professional football player, was driving a regular passenger car and proceeded forward when the traffic light turned green at the intersection of Kanjo 7th Ring Road and Kasahama 3-chome, Horinouchi 2-15, Adachi-ku, Tokyo. However, a motorcycle entered from behind and in an attempt to avoid it, HIROSUE hit a truck in the adjacent lane while braking and swerving slightly to the right.
The person who was riding in the contacted vehicle (male/no passengers), Riku HIROSUE, was not injured.
After the accident, we promptly contacted the police and other relevant parties to respond.

"I am deeply sorry for causing an accident due to my carelessness. I would like to apologize from the bottom of my heart to the person who was riding in the vehicle I collided with, as well as to all the other people who were inconvenienced. I will do my best to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future. I am truly sorry for the trouble I have caused."
