On July 2 (Sunday), 2017, during the Sec. 17 match of the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J1 League against Cerezo Osaka, Masato MORISHIGE, who was injured and under observation, underwent surgery at a hospital in Saitama Prefecture on July 25 (Tuesday) after being examined by the team doctor.
