Akihiro HAYASHI was driving a regular passenger car, which stopped at a red light at the intersection of Niigusa 2-chome, Suginami-ku, Tokyo. When the light turned green, he started moving, but the vehicle in front (a regular passenger car) was still stopped, and due to the short distance between the cars, a rear-end collision occurred.
Additionally, there were no injuries to the individuals in the vehicle that was rear-ended (male/1 passenger) or to Akihiro HAYASHI.
