Today, we would like to announce that Yojiro TAKAHAGI from our club has been selected for the SAMURAI BLUE (Japan national team) members participating in the EAFF E-1 Football Championship 2017 Final Tournament (December 9, 12, 16 at Tokyo / Ajinomoto Stadium) announced by the Japan Football Association (JFA).

I am honored to be selected for the Japan national team. I believe this is an opportunity to showcase my skills for the World Cup, so I want to give my all in the game. Since it is a match at Ajinomoto, I would be happy if the fans and supporters of FC Tokyo could cheer for us. I will do my best to contribute to the team's victory.
