Today, we would like to announce that Takahiro YANAGI and Go HATANO from our club have been selected for the U-21 Japan national team members participating in the AFC U-23 Championship China 2018, which will kick off on January 9, 2018 (Tuesday), as announced by the Japan Football Association (JFA).

I am very happy to be selected for the AFC U-23 Championship. As a team, we will focus on results, and as an individual, I want to do my best to grow and come back even a little better.
 

Go HATANO Comment
I am honored to be selected for the national team. I want to utilize what I learned this season at FC Tokyo and fight with all my might as a representative of the team and the Japan national team. I will do my best to participate in as many matches as possible and contribute to our victories.
