FC Tokyo will hold a soccer tournament for juniors, "Sec. 17 Tokyo Gas Cup Junior Soccer Festival". Please check the details below and we encourage everyone to participate.
 

The venue is the Tokinosumika Sports Center, surrounded by nature and featuring a wonderful ground!

Enjoy the rich nature of Gotemba, where each player becomes independent through the festival and expands their circle of interaction with teammates and new friends.
On the wonderful natural grass and artificial turf pitches, each participant can fully challenge themselves and enjoy soccer.

□Tournament Format
・Special rules for the tournament in accordance with the Japan Football Association competition regulations.
In both the 6th grade and 5th grade divisions, a ranking match (1 match) will be held after the preliminary league (7 matches).
Each 8-a-side match consists of three 12-minute periods (a total of 36 minutes), with a 3-minute break between periods.
・Substitutions during a period are generally not allowed, but any number of substitutions can be made between periods (complete replacement of members is permitted). However, in principle, all competitors of the team must participate in the match within a single game, and a single player may participate in only up to two periods, while participation in all three periods is prohibited. However, in unavoidable circumstances such as injury or illness, substitutions are permitted with the approval of the main referee.
・In principle, the pitch size should be about half that of an adult pitch, and youth goals should be used.
・The match will be officiated by a single referee, with mutual officiating between the competing teams.
・The ball will be a size 4, provided by the organizers.
