On Sunday, August 23rd, we will hold the Big Frames Social Gathering exclusively for Big Frames members with 10 or more club support memberships.
This event provides an opportunity for first-team players and staff to participate and deepen their friendship with members. As we enter the second half of the season, we hope you will enjoy games and conversations to the fullest while cheering on the hardworking team. We warmly invite you to join us.
Please note that only those who become Big Frames by the application deadline are eligible, so if you wish to participate, please join as a club support member or increase your shares as soon as possible.

3. Big Frames Exchange Meeting Exclusive Event
Commemorative Photo Session with TOKYO DOROMPA (500 yen per photo, first-come, first-served)
A commemorative photo session with TOKYO DOROMPA by a professional photographer will be held! The photos taken will be immediately printed on original mounts and handed to you on the spot. We look forward to many people participating.
* Details such as the registration time for the above event will be provided only to the participants.
In addition, we have prepared exciting events such as table competitions where participants and players can enjoy together. Look forward to it on the day!
4. Eligible Participants
Big Frames Members 550 (Planned)
* If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
*Participation is limited to members only. Please refrain from bringing children or guests.
*Due to the evening event, participation is not allowed for those under junior high school age.
* Organizations, corporations, and groups can have up to 3 participants, but the participation fee is 10,000 yen each. Name tags will be created, so please provide individual names.
5. How to Apply

* Please inform us at the time of application if you have friends who wish to share the same table or if you are transferring membership fees for two or more people.
* For applications by corporations, organizations, or groups, the same table will be assigned. Please let us know if you wish to have a separate table.
* If the application form is not available, please write "Request to participate in the exchange meeting" and include (1) your name, (2) membership number, and (3) contact information (phone number and fax number), then send your application by fax or postcard to the contact address at the bottom.
