FC Tokyo will hold the '18th Tokyo Gas Cup Mrs. Soccer Festival' again this year, targeting women, following last year's event.
The venue will utilize the wonderful pitch of the "Tokinosumika Sports Center" as in previous years, and the accommodation will use the facilities of the "Hotel Tokinosumika," famous for its hot springs and local beer.
It is the best environment not only for soccer but also for refreshing the mind and body.

If there are many applications, the participating teams will be determined by lottery. The method of the lottery will be communicated later by the secretariat.
□Eligibility
(1) Teams composed of married women or women aged 30 or older by the day of the tournament can register at least 12 members in principle.
(2) Teams that can participate until the end of the tournament schedule.
(3) Teams where all members are enrolled in sports injury insurance.
(4) Players must not be double-registered with other teams participating in this festival.
(5) Even players who have been registered in the All Japan Championship or have represented the national team can participate, provided they are married and 30 years or older, with a maximum of 2 players per team.
(6) Teams that can accommodate overnight stays.

□Festival Details
(1) Matches by Participating Teams
The primary goal is to enjoy soccer in a festival format by adopting unique rules, and we hope that all participants will have fun playing.
(2) Social gathering among participating teams
□Match Format
4 teams × 4 blocks for the qualifying league
⇒ Tournament by ranking among teams of the same rank in each block
□ Referee Conditions
(1) Conducted by FC Tokyo staff
(2) The method of refereeing shall comply with the regulations of the Japan Football Association.
□Tournament Regulations
(1) The rules shall comply with the Japan Football Association Competition Regulations
(2) The match pairings shall be determined by the tournament office
(3) The match duration shall be a total of 40 minutes (20 minutes each half, with a 5-minute halftime) for both the preliminary league and ranking tournament, and in principle, there will be no stoppage time. *In case of rain, the preliminary league will consist of two halves of 15 minutes each (30 minutes total, with a 5-minute halftime)
(4) A match shall consist of 8 players, and any number of substitutes are allowed. Additionally, a player who has been substituted may re-enter the same match
(5) Each team will play a total of 4 matches in the preliminary league and ranking matches
(6) The league matches will determine rankings based on points (Win → 3, Draw → 1, Loss → 0). In case of equal points, the ranking will be determined by (1) goal difference, (2) total goals scored, (3) results of matches between the teams, and (4) a draw
(7) A size 5 lightweight ball will be used, provided by the tournament office
(8) In the case of a walkover, the score will be 7-0
