FC Tokyo will once again hold the "18th Tokyo Gas Cup Mrs. Soccer Festival" this year, following last year, targeting Mrs. players.
The venue will use the excellent pitch of "Tokinosu Sports Center" as in previous years, and the accommodation will be at the facilities of "Hotel Tokinosu", famous for its hot springs and local beer.
Not only soccer, but also the best environment for refreshing your mind and body.

If there are a large number of applicants, the participating teams will be determined by lottery. The lottery method will be announced by the secretariat at a later date.
Eligibility
(1) A team consisting of married women or women over 30 years old by the day of the tournament can register with a minimum of 12 players.
(2) A team that can participate until the end of the tournament schedule.
(3) A team that has all members enrolled in sports injury insurance.
(4) Players are not registered with another team participating in this festival.
(5) Even players who have been registered for the All Japan Championship and have national team experience can participate with a maximum of 2 players per team if they are married and over 30 years old.
(6) Teams that can provide accommodation.

Festival Details
(1) Matches by participating teams
We aim to enjoy football as the primary purpose by adopting our own rules and have a festival format, and we hope that all participants will have fun playing.
(2) Social gathering between participating teams
Match Format
Qualifying league with 4 teams x 4 blocks
⇒ Tournament by teams with the same rank in each block
Referee Requirements
(1) FC Tokyo staff will do it
(2) The referee method shall comply with the regulations of the Japan Football Association.
Tournament Rules
(1) The rules shall be based on the Japan Football Association Competition Rules.
(2) The match schedule shall be determined by the tournament secretariat.
(3) The match time for both the preliminary league and the final round shall be 40 minutes (20 minutes per half with a 5-minute halftime break). In principle, no extra time shall be added. *In case of rain, the match time for the preliminary league shall be 30 minutes (15 minutes per half with a 5-minute halftime break).
(4) The match shall be played with 8 players and any number of substitutes are allowed. A player who has been substituted may also participate in the same match again.
(5) Each team shall play a total of 4 matches in the preliminary league and the final round.
(6) The league ranking shall be determined by points (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss). In case of a tie, the ranking shall be determined by (1) goal difference, (2) total goals scored, (3) results of matches between the teams, and (4) drawing lots.
(7) A size 5 lightweight ball shall be used, provided by the tournament secretariat.
(8) In case of a forfeit, the score shall be 7-0.
