At FC Tokyo Soccer School, we will start accepting applications for the "2017 U-5 Class for New 1st Year Junior High School Students" from 10:00 on Monday, February 6th. Details for application are as follows. We look forward to receiving many applications!

"Selected Class for 2017 U-5 Students"
※The target will be those who will become first-year junior high school students in April 2017.
※This is a school from April 2017. (Pre-experience schools are not available.)

1. Fukagawa School
Monday Course / 18:00-20:00 / Capacity: 20 people
(Enrollment fee: Admission fee: 7,560 yen / Monthly fee: 6,480 yen / School wear fee)

2. Tobitakyu School
Tuesday Course / 18:00-20:00 / Capacity: 10 people
(Enrollment Fee: Admission Fee: 7,560 yen / Monthly Fee: 6,480 yen / School Uniform Fee)

※Additional fees for membership and school wear will be charged at the time of enrollment.
※For school wear, the required purchases are school shirts and pistetops.

※The first recruitment is not first-come, first-served. If the number of applications exceeds the capacity, a lottery will be held at the school office.

[Second Recruitment]

※We will accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. If the capacity is reached, we will start accepting waitlist reservations.

From 10:00 on Feb 20 (Mon), applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from the link above.

□ About the lottery results
We will contact you by email from February 14th (Tuesday) to February 17th (Friday) regarding the lottery results for the first round of applications.

"Winners"
After sending the email, we will send you the membership documents (around mid-March), so please complete the procedures by the deadline.

"Those who were not selected"
After sending the email, we will inform you of your place on the waiting list. Please wait until your turn comes.

※Multiple applications for the same school will render the application invalid.
※Fukagawa School and Tobitakyu School both require separate applications for those who wish to attend. In that case, there will also be separate membership fees.
※Please note that we do not accept applications by methods other than the specified method (FAX, phone, etc.).
