FC Tokyo will hold a "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium" "Parent-Child Ball (Soccer/Futsal) Exercise Class".

Experience the fun of sports, soccer, and futsal with the coaches, and let's get moving together!
Due to the gymnasium, there are no cancellations due to rain, and it will not get dirty.

We will gradually incorporate elements of soccer and futsal into exercises using a ball. Even if you do not usually play soccer or futsal, you can participate fully. The coaches will provide gentle and thorough guidance.

Part 2: 1st and 2nd Grade Parent-Child (12:30–13:30)

Part 1: U-5 and U-6 Parent-Child (11:05–11:15)
Part 2: 1st and 2nd Grade Parent-Child (12:20–12:30)
Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
Please note that the reception will begin once the adult futsal class currently taking place has ended, so entry will not be allowed until the class is finished.
Since there are other sports organizations in the facility, please cooperate by keeping a close eye on small children.

* Usually in charge of futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal classes (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Yusuke Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Official Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer school and adult futsal class (Myoshoji Gymnasium).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class).
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class B)
* Usually in charge of the soccer school.
・Other coaches from the promotion department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)
□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding the payment of participation fees
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).

About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.

*Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.

This is the second parent-child class at Kodaira Gymnasium. We hope to have fun exercising together, regardless of soccer or futsal. Play and exercise at this age are very important. Let's move a lot and sweat together as parents and children! We sincerely look forward to your participation.
