FC Tokyo will continue to hold the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in October due to popular demand. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium."
I want to kick a ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to enjoy futsal in a fun way, aimed at complete beginners.
Experience the joy of futsal with the coaches and let's get moving together! October is the perfect time for sports. Plus, since it's in a gym, you won't be affected by sunburn or weather, making it the best.
All of us coaches are sincerely looking forward to your participation.
This time, we are also divided into the ultra-beginner category for both men and women, and the category for women only (there is no specific level division, but those with a competitive mindset will not be accepted), so please make sure to check.

☆Men and women aged 18 and over, complete beginners
☆Women aged 16 and over only (no level requirements, but competitive mindset is not accepted)

16 people for each of Part 1 and Part 2
* In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held (priority will be given to beginners and first-time applicants).
* Women can participate with either one or both, but if participating in both, the payment for both amounts is required.

Part 1 (9:30 AM - 11:00 AM) Co-ed Super Beginner
Part 2 (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) Women only
* There are generally no cancellations, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, there will be no rescheduled date.
* There will be one event held in October.

Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
Please note that the reception for Part 2 will begin as soon as Part 1 is finished, so you cannot enter until Part 1 has concluded.
□ Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
□Coaching Staff (Basic structure with 2 members)
・Rui Yokoie (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Class B in Soccer, 47FA Soccer Class C & D Instructor, Kids' Leader U-6, U-8, U-10)
※Usually in charge of futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class).
・Other coaches from the promotion department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)
□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding the payment of participation fees
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*Please be careful, as a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be incurred if you go past 17:00 the day before.
The cancellation fee will be paid during your next participation.

If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results, for the event on Oct 21 (Sat), we will inform you by email by 17:00 on Oct 13 (Fri).

About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.

*Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
