FC Tokyo will hold the "Parent-Child Ball (Soccer/Futsal) Exercise Class" at the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.
Enjoy exercising with a ball while having fun with your child.
Experience the fun of sports, soccer, and futsal with the coaches, and let's get moving together!
Due to the gymnasium, there are no cancellations due to rain, and it will not get dirty.

We will gradually incorporate elements of soccer and futsal into exercises using a ball. Even if you do not usually play soccer or futsal, you can participate fully. The coaches will provide gentle and thorough guidance.

Part 1: U-5 and U-6 parent-child (11:05–11:15)
Part 2: 1st and 2nd grade parent-child (12:20–12:30)
Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
Please note that the reception will begin once the adult futsal class currently taking place has ended, so entry will not be allowed until the class is finished.
Since there are other sports organizations in the facility, please cooperate by keeping a close eye on small children.

This is the third parent-child class at Kodaira Gymnasium. We hope to have fun exercising together, regardless of soccer or futsal. Play and exercise at this age are very important. Let's move around energetically and have fun together! We sincerely look forward to your participation.

・Other coaches from the promotion department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)
Participation Fee
2,200 yen per time (including insurance and tax)

・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).

* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes.
