FC Tokyo is pleased to announce that we will be holding our popular "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium in March. The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.
I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to have fun playing futsal! This is a futsal class for beginners who want to do just that.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
We are looking forward to your participation, from all of us coaches.
There are also separate categories for both men and women, as well as a category for women only (there is no level division, but those who are competitive are not allowed). Please be sure to check it.

☆Females over 16 years old only (no competitive players, regardless of skill level)

16 people for both Division 1 and Division 2
*In case of a large number of applications, there will be a lottery (beginners and first-time applicants will be given priority).
*Women can participate in either one or both divisions, but if participating in both, the fee for both divisions must be paid.

※There are no basic cancellations, but if there is a cancellation, there will be no alternative date for the event.

※Reception for Part 2 will begin after Part 1 ends, so you cannot enter until Part 1 is finished. Please be aware of this.
Course Introduction
Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

"Finally, it's the end of the 2017 season. The cold weather is over and the climate is getting better for exercising. Also, there's not much worry about pollen in the gym at this time of year. Let's have fun playing futsal with the coaches."

※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Other coaches in the development department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)
Participation Fee
¥2,200 per session (including insurance and tax)
※Payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・If you need to cancel, please be sure to contact the school office by 17:00 the day before (Friday) by phone.
※If it passes 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in future lotteries.
Cancellation fee will be charged at the next participation.

※If there are a large number of applications, participants will be selected by lottery. We will inform you of the lottery results by email on March 16 (Fri) for the event on March 24 (Sat).

As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact you by phone if there is a cancellation and you are selected again through another lottery.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes allowed) when playing. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
