Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will also hold in March"Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)". The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
I want to kick a ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to enjoy futsal in a fun way, aimed at complete beginners.

This time, we are also divided into the ultra-beginner category for both men and women, and the category for women only (there is no specific level division, but those with a competitive mindset will not be accepted), so please make sure to check.

16 participants for both Division 1 and Division 2
*In case of many applications, a lottery will be held (priority will be given to beginners and first-time applicants).
*Women can participate in either or both, but if participating in both, the fee for both must be paid.

Part 2 (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) Women only
* There are generally no cancellations, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, there will be no rescheduled date.
* There will be one event held in March.

* The reception for the second part will begin as soon as the first part is finished, so please be aware that entry will not be allowed until the first part is over.
□ Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
□Coaching Staff (Basic system with 2 members)

Finally, the end of the 2017 fiscal year has come. The cold season is over, and the weather is gradually becoming better for exercising. Also, the pollen specific to this time of year is not much of a concern in the gym. Let's have fun playing futsal with the coaches!

※Usually in charge of futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class B)
※Usually in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class).
・Other coaches from the promotion department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)
□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding the payment of participation fees
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*Please be aware that if you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be incurred. Additionally, in the case of no-show, you may be refused in future lotteries.
The cancellation fee will be paid during your next participation.

After you apply, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

The event on Mar 24 (Sat) will be held until Mar 14 (Wed) at 17:00.
The deadline is 10 days before the event date.
Please note that there may still be availability, so after the deadline, the application form will be closed. Please confirm and contact us by phone at (03-5600-4441).
If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The lottery results will be notified by email by Mar 16 (Fri) for the event held on Mar 24 (Sat).

About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.

*Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
